PS3 Help with playing PS2/PS1 imports from BC fatlady japanese PS3 with CFW 4.92

Hey everyone,
I have a japanese fat lady and ps2 bc PS3 that runs CFW 4.92 evilnat CEX.
What I want is to disable any region lock, so I can play non japanese ps2 & ps1 from disk and watch any movie from any region.

Hope someone could tell me what to do.

Evilnat firmwares have some region checks disabled, if something is not workign for you, you can report it to @Evilnat
 
I've tried using a pal copy of Metal Gear Solid 2. Doesn't run, only reads it as a media disk.

I want to run my PS/PS2 games from all regions.

on the regular menue nothing happens, doesn't even recognize the disk (last time it was recongnized as a media disk at least)
there is a black screen when running over multiman (clicking on "Start Game from Disc (PSX/PS3).
so playing pal/ntsc PS2 games from disk doesn't work for some reason.

btw, the PS3 games I put up there over FTP file sharing also don't run, it says "Cobra Firmware or Cobra USB" required.

Nothing has worked so far.

i would like to restart, meaning putting the OS back to stock and install CFW again. Does anyone know how to do that? Simply systems settings > restore ps3 system?
Or would this interfere with the CFW that is currently on there?
