Help with reinstalling the OFW/installing the HFW

Yeah, so i can't install the OFW because it just says no applicable data found, help?
my ps3 is from poland btw

also my ps3 is polish if thats important

PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP? is that on your flash drive? I think you have to go into the recovery menu if the firmware is the same as what's installed.

yep, here's a screenshot. i tried from the settings and from safe mode, and it still says no applicable data found. also gonna include screenshots from the partition wizard, pretty sure im doing something wrong there

by the way, my ps3 does find the usb drive.

I'd try another flash drive. also, make sure it's in mbr.

use the usb slot closest to the disc drive. don't use a hub. if all else fails, unplug the controller right after starting the search for update. leave it unplugged until it fails (or finds the update).
