HEN 2.2.2 Freezing PS3

I have a model of PS3 2504A and I have some frozen screens and also when I boot Multiman freezes the console. Therefore, it is not a question of the 3k or 4k models, but of some bug of the Hen 2.2.2
 
Some game folders don't work in version 2.2.2, have to install the game update. The Amazing Spiderman 2 has no game updates, it doesn't work.
Hopefully version 2.3.0 can solve this problem. thanks.

I have installed PKG games and some do not work. Others I have downloaded in folder format and transformed them into ISO and both folder and ISO do not work. I imagine that they will not be compatible with this version of HEN. I hope that with future updates these incompatibilities are corrected. In fact, the Hitman Absolution when I start it freezes the console with black screen and beep.

I really dont think youll get much help here if your looking to know how to pirate games.
Like? can you trust the downloads are real?

If I backup my own games I have no problems.

How about you use your own backups of disc's you own... or pay and download them from the PlayStation Store, then they will work no problems.

You might want to check the forum rules as NO PIRACY is allowed on here.

Sorry, but I think Hen is "something" more than hacking the console, therefore, request information or help the next step I do not think it is hacking anything. Precisely who pirates is the one who makes a copy of his own game and then distributes it, who downloads does not commit any crime, it is as if you find an object stolen in the street and you keep it, do not commit crime because you have not stolen it .

Any discussion of piracy is against the forum rules. It's not that it's a legal issue it's the choice of the staff here.
 
Let's end the topic of piracy. I found a problem. Gran Turismo 5. The original game, a copy made for iso on fat32. Multiman freezes during load.

I really think you need to sit down and get some proper advice and if this is how you treat life and other peoples goods I'd hate to be your neighbour. So if I left my lawn mower in my back garden and you found it and took it you havent stolen it?

Really.... clearly you do not live in the UK... its called "Theft by finding" and you WILL be arrested and prosicuted. As the thing you have "found" does not belong to you so is theft. And other countries around the world have this law, just not sure what they would called it.

Yes you are as you are downlaoding an illegal copy of a game... aka...."Theft"........ clearly you know nothing of Copyright Law and seem to me nothing more than a common thief from these statements.

multiman seems to be a common problem for freezing consoles on hen 2.2.2 at least for me multi-man tends to also other programs similar to it managunz etc, even when loading games it will load to black and hang until i force power off. An update is in the works so just sit tight i guess.

I don't understand why people get so much hate for "piracy" I see the term being overly used here all the time in situations where it's thrown out of proportion. What bothers me is the posts like this where people act like they are "better than you" because they "rip their own games" (lol that's arguably piracy right there)

We're living in a day and age where most of this stuff could be considered freeware now anyways. Half of these games the only way of obtaining them is buying used online, or going to a place like gamestop..... You are not supporting the developers, their checks have already been cut and long since cashed.. The rest yeah they are on PSN or whatever, and you can look at that however you want I suppose. I personally look at things from a very different perspective than the majority lol.

What the guy said is true. Piracy is unauthorized distribution, not necessarily obtaining the material being distributed.. I will digress though, I just wanted to throw that out there. I do respect the site rules, but I also think there's better things to tread on / shut people out for other than them making mention of a game they downloaded.

Under the " Fair Use " Policy of Copyright Law you are allowed 1 backup of your content which you have purchased, so is NOT Piracy, anymore than 1 and it is. This goes for anything> DVDs, BD, games, Music etc.

You are downloading an ILLEGAL copy of a game so is therefore considered as "theft" and/or "recieving stolen property" or "Handling stolen property".

So if say for some reason your house got raided by Police or customs and they found an HDD, or a few HDDs, full of game backups which you did not own a disc of or the digital licence for (ie PSN games) could not prove you legitimatly own these... they would let you go..??? NO they would confiscate them and/or all things related to it and you would be procecuted for Copyright theft , theft, piracy, handling stolen property etc.

This maybe BUT they still own the rights to the game and is theirs. How about you make something then I'll rip it off and distrubute it all over the interent for free... you wouldn't like it.

The thing is TOO many people have a too much of a liberal view on this even though the law is in black and white for ALL to see and don't realise what it costs the game industry to combat it.... game's get more expensive and so on as they spend more money on anti-piracy measures.

Why do this?... becuase it protects the site, thats why.... allowing, linking to piracy and other such things can get site's like this shut down for copyright infringement.

Plenty of sites over the years have been shut down for it..... WHY?? because its ILLEGAL and theft.

I am saying no more on the matter.

I seriously doubt that would ever happen, to anyone. Otherwise they'd have millions of people to track down...... These kinds of things do fall into a grey area, but realistically speaking Feds have a lot more important shit to look out for today other than mostly harmless people trying to obtain media for free... -_-

Look at it however you want though. It is what it is, still no reason to shut someone down because they made mention of a downloaded game. I'm not necessarily defending piracy, I'm defending what I consider to be innocent consumers. Some who probably are very greatful to even be able to play a game given a variety of circumstances. Look at it from Robin Hood's perspective!

You've also likely downloaded NES / Sega / Atari / roms in the past. If you haven't then whatever, but you're basically calling everyone who does a thief. You should evaluate yourself instead of being so defensive towards what a lot of people consider to be mostly freeware...

Gentlemen. It was supposed to be about freezing the console, not piracy. I am asking you very much, for this type of conversation, please create a new thread and write all pirating rights there, and attach it to the main forum. Of course, this topic in addition to the regulations. Instead, for penalizing him, anticipate penalties.

so what your saying is your defending the pirate and attacking them people who own the game?

And were did I post that "I'm better than you?" or anyone else.

So in your eyes Major Pothead if you had your ps3 stolen and then this guy stole/took it from the thief your ok with it? or found it.

Yeah, just dump your plastic in the sea, who cares...
