PS3HEN hen enabler turned into app_home/PS3_GAME folder!!!

i recently installed ultimate toolbox for 4.91 HEN and after i enabled show ip on xmb hen enabler turned into ★app_home/PS3_GAME or smth with an folder icon and when i click on it it says an error has occured. only way i can enable hen is going into ultimate toolbox>firmware setting>hen options>4.91>enable hen which is too tiring!!! how do i fix it!!!

AFAIK, you either have to deal with not having Ultimate Toolbox, or going through like 6 more buttons..
