Hi, here's my system information
PS3 model: CECH-3006A (slim)
System Software: Version 4.87
Firmware: 4.87 CEX PS3HEN 3.03
So I launch ps3 and ps1(ISOs) games using webman and had no problems but when I launch ps2 I got so many errors and wasnt able to launch any game, here are the methods that I have tried
-putting ps2 isos on hdd0/ps2iso/, tried launching it with multiman, it reads the name of the game but when I load it and start the game, pop up will say that format is not compatible.
-I have also tried converting PS2 ISOS to encrypted BIN.ENC but same invalid format error, and putting rap on the exdata folder but i got another error, invalid something like (8002...)
-Tried launching the game rom PS2 ISO & CLASSICS LAUNCHER but still wouldnt start.
-the last I did was to install a ps2 game in a PKG format, system reads it just like PSN games below the HEN enable button, but when I try to start it it says "The copyright protection information is invalid. (80029613)" theres a "suggested actions" below and when I tap it it says "sign in with the account that was used to purchase this content,[system activation using] under [PSN] > [account management] and activate the system.
so I tried to log in to PSN but It wont allow me to log in without updating the system software. I really want to play ps2 games, please help guys, would really appreciate it, Thanks.
