I bought a CECHA01 that is stuck on an update, with no option to restart. When it gives me the error code 8002F1F9, it give no options to restart. If i try to boot into recovery, it won't. I'm lost at what to do. I tried a new HDD and it just shuts off with no attempt to actually recognize it, or even show any display. I'm lost and would love any help you all have.
