As the topic title says.
I want to know how you can check if a PS5 bluray pcb is matched to the correct motherboard without the rest of the drive. Meaning obviously you can't use a disc to see if it appears correctly.
Is it if you try and launch a game or app and the pcb doesn't match then game or app wont start?
Or
What about updating is it if they are not matched the update will fail?
