PS2 How to copy files to hdd0:\+OPL ?? Cannot get access to this folder

Hello)

Maybe somebody could help me with OPL's virtual saves (VMC)?
- I'm fully copied all HDD by winhiip's option "Copy disk" to another (new hdd)

All works fine, but can't get acsess to saves files that located in hdd0:\+OPL\VMC\ slus_1234.bin.
The saves are reading by the game, but cannot be changed or overwritten. And also i can't create new VMC saves too.
In OPL i've put flag "Enable write operations" to on in settings, but it's not get effect...

On the old hdd all saves works well, so i suppose this is bug of new hdd or maybe some OPL's setting.
Or maybe after copying by winhiip it's locked access to +opl partition
So, can someone suggest something about it?
 
I've remove +OPL partition via ule HDD manager, then create new.
How to copy there my old files ? (cfg\apps\pops\vmc\art folders) - when i try to copy it from flash drive ule show "copy failed" message
 
I've tried used more than 10 different versions of uLe but no one cant' copy files to any partition of hdd.
Maybe could do it from PC?

Any ideas?
 
Ok, i took new hdd, and upload 2-3 iso there by winhiip.
Anyway could not be able to get access to +OPL folder. - Can't save game's config or create vmu. Or copy old configs from flash drive.

What's the problem. And what i need to do to fix it?
 
MB or GB.

The only reason I can think of is that your partition is too small.
I usually go for about 2gb, because I'm not putting games in OPL, but just make it as big as you think you'll need.

Why gb? I've have 105 games on hdd - art folder - is nearly 50 mb, cfg folder - Kb and VMC folder - nearly 80 mb. All size nearly 130mb. Why need create so big and empty partition?
 
My art folder alone is 1.5gb.

That's the only reason I can think of as to why you're having copy issues.
 
56.5 mb - art folder for all my 105 games
I can't even paste 1 vmc (8 mb) in VMC folder - all ule versions show me "paste failed"

And OPL app itself can't create new vmc or cfg in folder. I suppose it some program bug maybe.

I always used OPL_1564_DB-TA_all-7fd6d50-2019-02-25
And also i have OPL 1.0.0 6.01.2021.... both on flash drive
But if i can't transfer files through ule maybe deal is not in OPl
 
Your +OPL partition is probably too small or is corrupted or if you have installed NoobiePackage.IMG on your HDD it causes problems with the disk goemetry so you have to reformat your hard drive properly with wle

I've tried to reinstall it nearly 4-5 times now - same effect each attempt. First with standard (quick) format in winhiip, then full ( 5 hour for 320gb hdd). Next try - i made format through uLe hdd manager in ps2. Next attempt was full disk copy from old hdd in Winhiip. And next i just formated hdd and upload 1 iso.
- maybe i forgot something?

Not used NoobiePackage.IMG ( don't know what is it)

Your HDD is a IDE one? It shouldn't be the case but try changing the jumpers if you haven't (try master and cable select).

EDIT: aside into +OPL, you can copy files into other partitions (if you have any, like __common, __system, etc...)??

HDD is IDE

Copy process is begun - first file, second, third - 5 second and copy failed with empty folder.
But at the same time I managed to copy cfg folder (cause files are small and it 15 at all)

Could it be depended from fmcb version?

Have you tried making your partition bigger?
Just to be sure.
