PS3 How to edit SELF file to add cheats?

Hello.
I'm trying to mod Tomb Raider Anniversary BLES01195 v01.00 av01.01
I know how to mod EBOOOT, but in the files with cheats from artemis database it says:
File Info
0
Eboot.Elf
/*
Decrypt this file instead.
TRAE.SELF
What is that supposed to mean?
I tried to decrypt the TRAE.SELF file with TrueAncestor_SELF_Resigner_v1.98 and edit the ELF file, bit i can't find how to resign it from ELF to SELF.
Or i'm doing something wrong?

As long as it did not involve a klicense to decrypt it, you can encrypt it again like a normal eboot and it should work fine.

The archive in my signature can help you with that if needed.
