How to fix Error 310: No Network Connection on my Slim PS2

A quick rundown about my PS2:

1. OPL v1.2.0-Beta
2. I use FunTuna and Matrix Infinity v2.0.0
3. PS2 Slim with half glossy (SCPH-90004)

MY PROBLEM:

So I was trying to run games on ethernet as it's faster than USB. I followed this video word to word, but when I connected my PC to the ps2 and changed the network setting, I kept getting Error 310: No Network Connection. So How to fix This error. Thank you

Are you sure that everything is fine with an Ethernet cable or with (embedded) Network Adaptor?
