PS4 How to jail break ps4 on version 7.51 without upgrading?

Hello I recently found my ps4 with system firmware 7.51 and tried to upgrade it to 9.00 I tried it multiple times and every time this error code came su 30645 8
So now I'm wondering if I can jail break on my existing version 7.51
