PS3 How to mod off bilinear filtering in the PSX Classics games?

I was going to ask this in the ps2/ps1_netemu mod thread, but I haven't been active in so long that I'm locked to Starting Line.
The bilinear filtering is pretty aggressive on PSX Classics, and I'd prefer if I could turn it off.
Actually the scaling in of itself for PSX Classics are pretty strange, it doesn't seem to be an integer scale in 480p or 720p in 240p games, It actually is 1:1 pixel scale for 480i games but only in 480p.

I know people have modded the self files by now but I'd appreciate it if I could be told how to get the bilinear filter off, or even better scale the games better.

The creator of the netemu mods did, but it's in an extra archive and it's gliched where you literally cannot use it unless the smoothing is on, and the smoothing completely deepfries the image. That or use the "fullscreen" option, and there's barely any monitors that let you use 4:3 with a 16:9 signal.

(It doesn't work on 480p)

And the full-screen option actually turns it into a widescreen mode. Which, is cool and all but for some games it doesn't work well.

There has to be some address somewhere that dictates resolution scaling. I don't know if integer is possible however
