PS3 How to recover data from YLOD console

Hello, I have YLOD PS3 (slim), but when I take the HDD out it boot normally.
What do I need to do to fix my console, and keep the data on HDD intact.

you can with the erk (eid root key). turn on the ps3 with another hdd, dump the erk (eid root key) with rebug toolbox. then, use it with the original hdd and ps3 tools hdd app. sounds like something is wrong with the hdd though.
