PS3 How to tell if 40 nm rsx are fine?

Ive reballed some 40nm rsx chips to practice on, but im not sure the test points and ohms to be ok for rework.

So i found a rough diagram about diagnosing the 40 nm rsx but I have some doubts about it.

For one, i found 2 out of the 4 40 nm rsx i own on FBVDD to register .2 and 3.6 ohms.

also all 40 nm PLL were 30m ohm, not 3.9m. The rest were all in line with what to expect.

Does FBVDD mean the gpu is shot? Ill probably test these gpus later, but I want to get feedback before I start doing board work. (im recording everything for youtube)
