PS3 I am unable to fix a console without blown fuse yet with A0202120/A0213013 syscon error

The two fuses F6301 and F6302 are fine. And I have measured the voltage around IC6301 as shown in the figure.

Is there anything wrong here?

You should have 1.8V at c6341 c6343. You have 12V but the MOSFETS arent turning on. IC6301 on the other side of the board controls them. Check around the IC for missing components. Check Q6302 6304 6306 and nearby capacitors for shorts. You will have to lift things to get proper readings.
