No you can not jailbreak after unbricking it which is why you are waisting your time.For the price of a used jailbreakable fat on ebay that isnt jailbroken yet,i would highly recommend getting one over a e3 flasher.

The only thing you can do with a 3000 is the HAN enabler exploit,which allows backups and xmb modding such as custom waves and coldbooting,but the amount of ps3 backups compatible with it are kinda limited,and you cant run homebrew on it either.

Another one bites the dust. Good job. Anyway better to buy a used ps3 rather than going through the complicated process of e3 flasher not to mention the cost.
 
if you say e3 flasher is the reason to fix this i will try but when i unbrick it i can add han for mod menu on a few games?

Make sure when you use e3 flasher you only flash compatible firmware. A slim can not get 3.55 as it was made after wards. Run a minver checker to see what lowest it'll allow. Usually it's 3.60 I believe. Check to make sure though

I already checked his SKU,
He got the newest Slim with minimum firmware of 4.10

He means 4,10 is your PS3's minimum version it can have. But doesn't matter because you can't downgrade it at all.

Use the e3 flasher to get identical and valid dumps. Patch dump to latest OFW and write back to NOR. Reinstall latest OFW from USB drive.

Then your PS3 should work again like normal. Then follow the steps carefully for HAN v3.
