PS3 I don't want to brick this, can someone verify this "danger" before I proceed

I am trying to add CFW to this Phat 80gb CECHE01 but when I checked the flash dump, it says 1 danger 0 warnings: "004.07 metldr Statistics : DANGER!
Any bytes from offset 0x840 to offset 0xF120 should be less than 0.52%.
0xBE is 0.54%".
There is a thread I found where someone had the same issue but was right on the tolerance of 0.52% and he proceeded with the flash without trouble. "psx-place.com/threads/need-help-with-a-danger-warning-on-pyps3checker.41006/#post-381034"
Since I am slightly above tolerance, I am not completely sure of what to do.
 
@bguerville Figured you would want to know for any updates to the ps3exploit software. I did successfully flash and jailbreak the console despite the danger. I tried updating from 4.82 to 4.91; restarting system; cleared browser cookies, cache, and auth. ; changing to SSD with same result in pyps3checker with exact same value "0.54%". I just took the risk, and it worked.
