PS3 I dropped my ps3 want advice on what error log means

I was doing a delid on my cechk01 and mangaged to drop the board now getting ylod and glod. I did manage to get an error log not sure what to make of it.

A0403034 and A0404002 are unfortunately indicative of a dead RSX. Check if there is any damage on the physical RSX chip. If you see any tan scrape marks/gouges or missing caps on the chip substrate, then the chip is very likely dead and irreparable. And also, what tool did you use to delid the chip(s)?

There are some minor scuffs but I don't think it damaged traces. I was being quite rough on the board though. I clamped the ihs to cure the new thermal expoxy. Removing the board from the heat sinks also put a lot of stress on it I'd imagine

I used a palette knife #2 as a pry bar and heated up the ihs.

I can't really tell from the photo, but it looks like there might be a chip on one side of the core itself. If it's a particularly deep crack on the core, you could probably see it if you run a flashlight over the sides of the core and focus in. If it feels like a crack, and glows under light, it most likely is a scratch/crack on the core itself.

The die looks flawless to me. It was just dirty in the picture. There is a weird ring that goes all around the underfill. I'm going to use this as a learning experience, I'm getting a new super slim today lol. Pretty sure they use thermal expoxy on the ihs for those
