PS3HEN I need help with HEN

So, recently i installed HEN on my ps3, and it seems to have done a incomplete/broken install.
It shows the hen logo but acts pretty much like a normal ps3, besides the ps3xploit website being on the XMB, and some dev drives being present. Could anyone help me?

I installed HFW correctly, it's just hen that's incomplete.

what do you mean by incomplete? have you installed webman MOD or any other homebrew app at all? you need to do that manually since they don't come with the jailbreak itself.
