I'd like to donate money to people responsible for CFW and multiMan. How can I do it?

Hi all,
Well, the title says it all. I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed my PS3 over the past 10 years, which wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for all the jailbreakers etc. Now I'm in a position that makes me able to donate money to these groups. Help me do that.
Also, is it legal to donate to these groups or individuals?
 
The law is different in coutries and I am not a lawyer :D but if you want to donate most devs will have their info on their github or twitter accounts (or other social media). They may have this info on their profiles on this forum also. You can find psx-place's info here. PS3xploit has it on their twitter here. @deank is resonsible for multiman and has a donation link on this page.

Thank you so much for your response. I don't really know who these awesome people are, and I can't really google them when I don't know them. That's why I'm asking here.
Thank you for linking me to multiman's creator. I wasn't planning to donate to psx-place, but I will now.
I'm using cobra CFW.
Who are PS3xploitand what have they done?

They're the dev team responsible for the no-hardware-flasher, software-only solution to exploit compatible PS3s and the ability to install CFW on such models - since firmware version 4.82 with v1 of their exploit in late 2017. They have done truly marvellous work in the PS3 scene, and from that work brought in a whole new generation of users (including myself) who were able to enjoy the benefits of CFW.

There are many Cobra-based CFWs :) Cobra is a payload which can be implemented into 'standard' CFW to provide added functionality, e.g. mounting PS3/2/1 game backups in ISO format.
 
All done. Just donated $50 to PS3exploit, $30 to PSX-place, and $30 to deank (it may take a few days for paypal to process it).

I know it's not much considering everyone's efforts over these years, but that's all I can afford right now.

I'll be back and will donate much more when I find a job.

On behalf of psx-place staff, thank you for donating! i'm sure @deank and ps3xploit team appreciate it as well...

if you are able to donate again in the future, i would ask you to consider @aldostools also. he has maintained webman and added many features and fixes over the years (he also maintains irisman and mamba).
 
There are not many peoples which are able and want donate to someone, so thank You for the support great forum and projects. ^^

It seems that my donations to PS3exploit and PSX-place haven't gone through. Based on what I'm seeing here, you guys had to manually accept the fund, and you haven't. Could you please also let PS3exploit guys know that this has happened?

@esc0rtd3w hasn't logged in for a while and I am not sure how to contact him otherwise.

I sent you a message and if you trying to contact the PS3Xploit Team and donate to them

They have two separate donation depending on the tools and site your using.
There is **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) and .net Same team different tools and donations o believe.

So depending on who your trying to donate to you can contact either @esc0rtd3w or @bguerville

Thank you but you don't need to do anything. Both transactions have been canceled and it usually takes then a few days to send it back to me.

Yeah I hate PayPal in particular. Take get a lot of money by just holding your money by the name of "safety". I don't use them unless I really have to.

yeah, paypal hasn't been the same for years. I had a paypal fiasco recently when I bought my two final (hopefully) 10TB hdds. they kept trying to take the money out of the wrong account. this happened 3 times in a row, so I got a $17 insufficient funds charge each time. anyway, I got those reversed, then I closed my account and put all the money from that into my payee account, so that's the only account I have now. I even tried putting $500 into my parents' account, then them sending $500 to me back, but it was too slow and I got yet another insufficient funds charge.
