Do you know of anyone or could recommend anyone who is Skillful in Making Graphic Outputs on Emulators ?

im looking for someone to design a Crosshair for the Emulator pcsx-ir rearmed (PS1 Emulator) in retroarch on the RetroPie raspberry pi .

i was just recommended a user named " Berion " im not sure who that is , but may i ask hope someone can put the word out , Thank you
 
bits was pretty knowledgeable about the rasperry pi. there's not much action in that section though. @Berion is a good person to ask. I don't know if he knows anything about it or would be willing, but you could ask him.
