image memory card in PC

I would like to access the opl and boot apps folders on the Windows PC, and within them there are elf files. After modifying or updating, save a new updated image on the PC to place on the memory card using mc anihilator.
 
you want low-level access to files within PS2 saves. You can do that with ps2vmc-tool, but you'll need to learn how to use a command line tool. You already asked many times, and the answers have been shared already.

other tools are mostly meant to be used as a simple way to manage complete ps2 save files, and won't touch anything inside the memory card image (just import/export saves).
 
No software with an interface can show the folders of the image created by mc annihilator? replace and delete files
The command line is too complex for me

Anyway... I think the version I mentioned can use either.
There is also a tool (with GUI) to convert between ECC Images and normal blobs.
 
Is it possible to add ECC to the image, edit, update the files and folders and then remove ECC and return to the PS2 memory card?
