PS3 inFamous 2 (digital) UGC error 8002E5A0

So, I just completed the game and I wanted to check out the user created levels, but everytime I try to connect to the servers, I get the error 8002E5A0. By the way, I'm from Costa Rica so idk if that affects somehow. Any help? Pls
