Installing PKG and RAP on banned ps3

I have been trying to install games using a pkg file and a rap file, but I am stuck at the renew license screen on the ps3.

I watched some tutorials and they all say you need to sign in to the psnetwork for reactpsn to be able to install the rap files.
I also tried to use psnpatch to install the rap files but no luck.
I am hoping you guys will have some helpful incite as to help me install the games.

I am running rebug 4.85.1 lite on a ps3 slim.

not sure if this is a piracy question, cuz those are prohibited, but if you're banned and have no accounts with an act.dat, you have to use reactpsn.

it will create a fake account and a fake act.dat. the account will be reactpsn___rif___edat. I had to use it after getting banned and deleting my banned account.

no offense, but I've never really understood how someone can screw up reactpsn, and a lot of people have. you hold no buttons, and it does everything for you. the only thing you have to do is rename the user, but if you create a separate aa user, you don't even have to do that.
