PS3 Is a System Transfer possible with Evilnat

I am going to upgrade my Phat Model PS3 (80 Gigabyte) to a Slim PS3 which i will install a 512 Gigabyte SSD into (Model Compatible with Evilnat) My Current Phat PS3 is running Evilnat 4.90. Is it possible because i want to use it to Transfer over all of my Digital Games, Videos, Music, Pictures and Save Data that i do not want to lose. I have a few Games / Apps that i either Bought from PSN or installed via PKG. I Will install Evilnat on the Slim once i get it so for now i would like the answer to my question so i don't waste my money
