I only prefer to use Rebug lite , so why would it be important to use CCAPI? and what about those links , does psnpatch block them already ?I have never used SEN Enabler as I use REBUG CFW. With this I use PSN Patch and CCAPI to gain access to PSN and used this method for years without a ban set up a certain way.
Which CFW do you have?
There is no magic solution.
Rebug CFW doesn't solve the system software version issue, using DEX mode lets users connect to PSN as always but DEX is for devs not gamers & gamers should use CEX. Furthermore PSNPatch doesn't fully work in DEX mode, only CEX mode is fully supported.
In CEX mode, SEN Enabler is still required to connect to PSN, either that or the proxy method, no other alternative.
CCAPI adds another layer of dependency. Some people like to use it due to modding but if not for modding, I see no point in using CCAPI at all personally.
As to the s#ny servers to be avoided, the situation has been quite clear for years, the recommended way is to use a proxy software like Charles & configure the proxy rules to block those URLs. In practice, few people do it though.

thank you @Cypher_CG89 for detailed informationI use CCAPI to change my IDPS from a DEX one to CEX one as DEX IDPS's cannot access PSN on whats called an 'NP' environment (Public PSN) As for PSN Patch it can do this as well, disable the syscals (which is critical to do before signing in) There would be no need for you as your using a Lite version of the REBUG FW where as I am using the full versions of REX and D-REX.
The links a think there on about (just guessing until I read what it you have read, put link up please) is to do with with things sent to and from your PS3 from the PSN Servers and they are to do with firmware updates and other things.
The way to block these is to use PS3 Proxy server, using this technically speaking you should be able to login to PSN on a lower FW, even OFW (for HAN users) as these links send data to PSN servers. In the case of syscals disabling I believe this blocks outgoing communication to the servers from your ps3 and the Proxy method blocks the incoming requests for data from the PSN Servers.
Yes it does if REBUG mode is enabled in the Toolbox settings as it automatically spoofs the FW version to the latest one in both DEX and CEX. I cannot remember which version of the Firmware it was added to but it use to be a separate download to the Toolbox. e.g I never updated REBUG from 4.80.1 until 4.82.2 was released and never lost the ability to sign into PSN and play online.
It does as I have tested all its functions in CEX and DEX as both my Slims are on DEX. It maybe that it wasn't meant to but it does anyways lol
Not if using the full REBUG CFW and Toolbox. PSN Patch is enough as long as REBUG mode is enabled in the Toolbox to spoof to 4.83 as there is no 4.83 REBUG yet.
But as @Khabibov has said he is using the Lite version of REBUG using SEN enabler(To spoof to 4.83) and/or the Proxy method is probably his best choice.
Sorry to be so critical about some of what you say but I have used these methods and apps in this way for many years without any problems or bans.

I v known your methods and opinions to always be superior. Not that I discard others, infact everyone here has done justice one way or another. I say thank you all for the information. When is D-rex 4.83 I presume, going to be released. I can't go online as the system keeps asking me to update or is there a way around it?Be critical as much as you wish but you are wrong. Check the Rebug Toolbox source code yourself or ask @Joonie to confirm.
1. There is no longer any system software spoof in Rebug Toolbox, only a target ID swap to allow connection with a CEX idps using a DEX kernel. It's been like this since way before 4.80 afaik. This target ID swap could actually be done with other tools.
2. Rebug Mode is not at all a system software spoof either but rather a cex/dex vsh swap, the kernel remains CEX if in CEX mode. Cex/dex vsh swap is why we call Rebug Mode a XMB Mode btw.
Having said that, when the vsh.self is switched from one mode to another, index.dat & version.txt get swapped too.
There is no patching of lv2 or anything like that anyway, still, maybe that's what you mean by system software spoofing?
3. Also FYI a 4.83 DEX kernel is required to make a new REX build, older kernels cannot be used. I remember the making of REX 4.82 distinctly as I tested that new REX CFW pup for/with Joonie for days as it was being made. It took months before Joonie was given the DEX 4.82 OFW.
If you took the time to check kokotonix support thread you would know that DEX isn't fully supported by psnpatch. Just like it doesn't fully support JB Folder legacy format. Problems were reported, it can all be checked in the dedicated threads.

After all argument I haven't got a clear answers to my question which is
should I block these also with psnpatch or no need to that ?

So according to you there is a system software spoof in Rebug using Rebug Mode although you have no idea how.You didn't read parts of my post properly, clearly form your answer. These methods I used have worked for years and I am online daily with them.
I have read all threads about the things I use, and I always will.
So according to you a shouldn't be able to get online. But obliviously I can.
1. REBUG Mode does set the system version to the latest available version, I am not going to waste joonies time when it is CLEARLY explained on the REBUG website by joonie. Therefore allowing you to access psn without using SEN Enabler to spoof. And I KNOW it is an xmb mode and allows the swapping of debug and retail xmbs as well, I never stated that it was a version spoofer. There is no Option for this in the toolbox, it is integrated in to REBUG mode.

Scroll down to system options and read..... this has been in the firmware since version 4.70 (2015) or maybe earlier, not sure.

From REBUG website for 4.82.2 REX/D-REX...... about this a picture speaks a thousand words as they say.
Whether this is patching the LV2 memory or not it i am not sure about but it does the more or less achieves the same results. But is not in the toolbox but rather in the firmware itself. similar to how webman was in the firmware but the toobox was required to handle it. You can still toggle webman in the toolbox if you have it installed even though it was removed from the firmware.
If i disable REBUG mode then I am asked to update my firmware to 4.83 when attempting to sign in. If this was no longer true then I would need to use the Proxy method or use SEN Enabler to spoof to get online but I don't and never have. This is why I didn't update my firmware from REBUG 4.80.1 until 4.82.2 and was still online the whole time without using a Proxy method or using SEN Enabler.
2. REBUG will not let you sign in on DEX IDPS (EID0), you get an error message, unless you are using a CEX IDPS, so to clarify this is what I use CCAPI for, to spoof to my CEX IDPS (EID5) on boot so I don't have to mess about. I really don't know why you felt the need for this in your reply, nothing like this was mentioned, only that I changed my IDPS using CCAPI.
3. The only problem with PSN Patch I have found in DEX is as you say on the bottom of your post with games in JB folder format when patching to 4.20, but switching back to CEX seems to do the trick but not for all games. webman mod has a better success rate for me. But I go online with few games so really only them games are patched to 4.20 and sometimes the updates need patching. And I only use this app to disable syscals.
Make sure REBUG Mode is active, make sure its your CEX (EID5) IDPS being used, disable syscals and sign in and enjoy. Or you could use the PS3 Proxy method HAN users use to sign in on 4.82 OFW. Both ways should work.
@kokotonix
Can you please do us a tiny favour?
Clarify for everyone once & for all the status of psnpatch on DEX & the possible ins and outs.
So according to you there is a system software spoof in Rebug using Rebug Mode although you have no idea how.
To humour you, I just converted one of my Rebug 4.81.2 dex consoles to CEX mode using Rebug Mode. And obviously as expected I get a system update error message when attempting go connect to PSN.
So, as it is so CLEAR to you, let us suppose am a noobie, can you now tell me me how to connect to PSN from Rebug 4.81.2 CEX mode/Rebug Mode without SEN Enabler or proxy & without manual patching?
Please prove me wrong & get me there, by all means...
