It does not seem like you've done irreversable damage. Next time when desoldering heat up until you can move with minimal force applied.

What you've done is just delaminate a portion of the power plane and ripped some vias, it should not be fatal.... I would suggest just placing some super-glue in between the copper sheet and the pcb then press it back down.

It works! I mean it was working before but would shut off. Last night I played the last of us into the part where your running away from the Boston fedra or whatever with Ellie and Tess. I left it on unpaused over night and it's still going so hopefully it's good now
