PS3 Just bought a used ps3 for the first time

12 day total uptime (is that uptime good?)400on/250off(250)

I also noticed a little tiny rust in the hard disk tray is it something to worry about?

Temps are 64-68c and room temperature is 38c while fan speed is 45%(later ramped up to 55% by me)

Ps3 is kinda dusty and not clean should I clean it or replace thermal paste?

The ps3 slim model is 2004b

whaou!! it seems you are lucky!! the uptime is very good, this ps3 has been sed few times. And your temps in a room where it's 38°C are very good. We could guess the thermal paste is dry but for now, it makes its work because temps are not so high.
Of course, the best thing to do is to go inside your slim to clean the dust, check if there is rust on other parts and change the thermal paste, and your ps3 will run for long times!
