PS3 Load Patch via HTTP doesen't work in ps3toolset

Hi!
I'm quite new to PS3 jailbreaking. Thank you in advance for your help.
I followed these guides to jailbreak my PS3 (CECH-2504B, Firmware: 4.76):

My problem is that in ps3toolset neither the "Load Patch via HTTP" nor the "Download Patch file" option works. They both stat to load, but never finish. Although the PS3 clearly connected to the internet since the page has loaded. (I even tried with a LAN cable)

I found another written guide (https://www.psx-place.com/threads/guide-jailbreaking-with-bgtoolset.33461/) which contains the following:
"...you can download the file called "nofsm_patch.bin" from littlebalup's github. Save it to a USB device and use the "Load from USB" option instead of https."

I tried (I only have "Load Patch from file" option), but then i got this message:
"The loaded file is a custom patch file. Applying it in this console without a hardware flasher for emergencies is risky & unwise. You cannot use it in Strict Mode."

What should I do now? Should I disable Strict Mode and hope for the best that the "nofsm_patch.bin" works or should I use the PS3 Flash Witer or something else?

Je vais être clair, sur votre console sous FW v4.76 vous pouvez la JB en utilisant uniquement le CFW que vous désirez qui est au dessus du v4.76 car vous n'avez aucun besoin du "PS3ToolSet", il vous le faut seulement à partir du v4.80 et au dessus.

I'll be clear, on your console under FW v4.76 you can JB it using only the CFW you want which is above v4.76 because you have no need for the "PS3ToolSet", you only need it from v4.80 and above.

Then why do all these guides say that my console is compatible with this jailbreak method?

I don't want install v4.76 on it, that's my current firmware. I assumed I could put the latest CFW on it.
And if not how do I install CFW v4.76. What other methods are there?
