PS3 Max Payne 3 DLC not working

Hello i have a problem with the dlc for max payne 3 the one i bought back in 2016, at least one of them (offline dlc) is not working (it says that i didn't buy it or install it) and the others i couldn't check for now because i need to log in for that. I have all the 13 dlc and rap files from my psn account, i installed the pkgs and then i used psn patch for the rap files, this is the only game i have problems with the dlcs. The PKGs and RAP files are installed correctly, did anyone have this problem too? am i missing something? i really don't want to risk my account just for make my dlc work, it should be another way.

I installed reactpsn before and i use that fake act.dat for install the rap files using psnpatch, all my dlc for my other games works perfectly, i deleted the game data thinking that it could be a problem with my iso so i tried it using the disc but i had the same problem again, i think the problem is the rap file because before installing the update or the dlc i had the same message, that is strange since it's the one i got from my account.

not related, because i used resigned edats, but... i also had issue with max payne 3 dlcs long long time ago, but i used us dlc with eu version and without luck. now i have few eu links and 2 raps, so i compared eu and us dlcs - files inside pkgs and data in edats and are the same, klic also seems to be the same for all edats, so i have no idea, because at least in theory they should work, but they didn't work at least for me

you have eu or us version?

i have the US version BLUS30557, and the dlcs are also for the same region, 13 dlcs included the rockstar pass, the licenses worked on ofw but now that i installed using psnpatch it seems that i'm still missing something or they are invalid somehow.

The raps are tied to a different online account is the only reason you would need to be online. Activate the system in settings it should go away.

As far as i know you have to be online everytime you start max payne 3 for make available that dlc, that only happen with this game.
 
I can see that as being a possibility. I know that final fantasy xiv requires an always on connection, so there's no real rap for it other than syncing to the online servers. I hate those kinds of games/content, especially if you have less than reliable internet.
 
I will check mine as I'm pretty sure it works fine offline, well the content that can be played offline.
