PS2 Memory Card Corrupted?

The Memory Card I Use Is An MCBOOT Card and I Checked The Browser Because My CodeBreaker Is Not Launching When i Checked There Was No Data At All but It Does Say How Many MB Do i Have And Its Not 8 MB.But OPL Still Works Fine.I Also Double Checked From UlaunchELF And Yes.There Is No Data But Still Have Some MB Left.I Tried Formatting it but It Always Failed.But The PS2 Still Detects The Memory Card.Can Somebody Help Me? It Looked Like This

IF you use opl for running games from hdd I highly advise to use virtual memory cards and backup them sometimes. As for your card either format it with ps2 osd or ise ps2 app memory card anhilator.
