First off, I Have gone into as many forum posts and you tube videos to try solve me issues/questions but not really getting anywhere.
I am running Evilnat Cobra 8.4 PEX (NoBD) on a PS fat running firmware 4.90
I am also using Retroarch PS3 CEX PS3 with a full BIOS pack
So installing firmware and patches all good, can run Retroarch , can scan games and see game listings no issue, can also play games with no issues, also running minuteman PKG with no issues..
My problem is i cannot change the menu look from basic Retroarch to XMB, I can easily do this on my PC install of Retroarch, its in the menu , but on my PS3 its not there?
Also, Do not appear to be able to upscale any games, the option to do so appears to be not in any of the Retroarch menus? I have enabled hidden options but still noting.
Im guessing its poss the version of Evilnat or Retroarch i am running but again, i cannot confirm this as any youtube videos i watch to set this up have totally different menus.
Also the thumbnails just wont work on ANY games on the PS3 but have no such issues on my PC install of Retroarch.
And finally, I am totally lost on how to get and install "plugins" that will change the look of my XMB screen, Is this even an option?
Im really sorry if these come across as real dumb questions, I did try figure this out but just getting nowhere.
A little advise or a nudge in the right direction would be most helpful as im pulling my hair out at this stage !!!
