My first try with a ps3 phat

Im having so many issues. I have followed every tutorial with as much precision as possible. I've ran the xploit. Ive gotten that far. I cant seem to get any hfw or cfw installed. I'm lost.... any help is appreciated.

Also I cant find rebug. Host site seems to be down

Can anyone direct me to rebug 4.84? Site is down. I'm having so many issues. This is my first try. I'm on a cechl fat. I feel defeated lol

That is the latest version. I just checked and the site seems fine now :)

I can get the zip from here. The site in the txt file is down. I copy the address and it comes up with crazy text and freezes my browser. Ive tried with HFW aswell. and it goes al the way thru to the black installation screen. gets to 55%. Shoots to 100. then boots my system back to normal 4.84. Ive done it3 times now and t keeps happening. Should i reset my system to factory?

I just tried the link in the zip, using Firefox and it was fine. Maybe try a different browser. Also make sure the MD5 of the 4.84 HFW PS3UPDAT.PUP is 4247362b54fadd2e4d7c09007f720803 - if it's anything else then it is corrupted. However, if it's installing properly without errors then there's no problem. HFW doesn't look any different to OFW 4.84, and in System Information it will just say 4.84, not HFW like when you go to install it.
