PS3HEN My XMB isn't showing up anymore?

I decided to refresh my XMB, but when it refreshed it stopped showing up, and now only my wallpaper is visible. I tried turning my PS3 off and on again and it's still not showing up. I don't really know what to do from here.

Okay, I'll try that. Does that wipe all my games/apps/save data and such as well?

Also, i just logged in on one of the other user profiles on my system and it showed up fine, but when i go to my own it doesn't show up

ok, so now it freezes whenever i sign in to either user, because the other user profile froze so i assume that my wallpaper was just blocking me from seeing the frozen wave behind it.
