PS3 Need help Creating Dynamic Themes Next level

Ive been using the "Playstation Theme Builder" provided on psdevwiki, and I Made good ones... But I want to do more, animations, 3d models, I know the Playstation is Capable because There is some Themes that use 3d models and and rigs. I can do that.

Where can I find some tool or... Well something to start making this kind of Themes, i'm Lost on Dynamic Background (.RAF) files, how to make or compile them and... stuff. All what I found on psdevwiki was dead links about the topic.

Have you checked PS3-Themes website?. They have tons of resources to make custom themes, even dynamic ones.

If I recall correctly, you need to have an existing animated theme to work on. There was no tool available to make a dynamic theme from scratch.

The ps3-themes website doesn't work anymore... And making shorts videos as wallpapers is not what i'm looking for, but thanks...

The ps theme site is acting up again. Anyone got this tutorial for dynamic theme building a better easier way for creating dynamic themes? 2025 and kinda odd not easier way. Thanks in advanced
