Need help fixing something on Hen

So what happen was that I downloaded ps3xpad on Hen and now my ps3 would crash whenever I try to enable Hen. The hen version is 4.86.1, I reassign to 3.55 for Ps3xpad but yea didn't work out too well and also yes I did put the things into the hoot thingy for ps3xpad. Now I'm just trynna find a way to go into the files and delete that specific file just to renable hen again. Also maybe I can try a way to troubleshoot why ps3xpad is not working.
 
Plug in a fat32 drive with an empty "boot_plugin.txt" file into your PS3, that should allow you to enable HEN again and delete that specific file.
