I'm working on a SCPH-79001 with board GH-062-02. With the power supply connected it has a red standby light on but nothing happens when the button is pressed. It doesn't flash or turn off or anything just solid red. I looked over the board and found one blown fuse but after bypassing the fuse for testing it still has a solid red light. I have tried another power button board and ribbon from another working SCHP-79001 but still no change. The other console is a GH-061 board so I can't trace match things between the 2 as accurately as I would like. There are some power rail components that are different and on different sides of the board. Hopefully someone here can shed some light on where to look for the power on sequences so i can fix this console.
