Need Help with upgrading HEN

Hello.

I Have a ps3 with Hen 2.21 and 4.82 version without HFW frimware installed.

my question is how i can upgrade to the latest version of hen? and i will have to install HFW? because i switched to hen from han last year with only install hen files without hfw.

Another thing, i also tried to install ps3xpad but when i press to start the VSH menu the console freeze.

you have too use hfw (4.82 is no longer supported)...hfw is the same as ofw but the with the hackable part put back in...just install hfw 4.86 then install hen...hfw will make hen go away but you have to reinstall hen anyway so problem...

So, i need to install 4.86 ofw and then 4.86 hfw and after that the hen? any data will lost?

there is a way to do all the process offline?

and did you used ps3xpad in the past?
