Need help!

Hello everyone,

I recently converted my console from CEX to DEX. I've tried to install ps3 4k pro but no matter what I tried I couldn't get it to work and it left all of the homescreen icons blank. Now I'm in the process of reformat ting the ps3's hard drive. My question is once its finished formatting, do I reinstall official firmware or do I reinstall CEX or DEX rebug firmware?



Edit: I forgot to say, my ps3 is a ps3 slim.

Since you (for some reason) converted to DEX, you would have to use a DEX firmware going forward. UNLESS, you convert it back to CEX (where a non developer should be), whereas you can use any normal CFW that is NOT DEX.
