What "online" means? Those are the official updates for tpp.

all I need is play MGSV online and when I update the main game to V1.10 it says I have to download two files from PSS (PlayStation Store) one named (Metal Gear Online Data) and the other named (MGSV:TPP UPDATE DATA) I should download these from PSS ,but my connection low and that page open on PS3 after all

no its online update and didn't show in "check for updates"

that is not an update. that is UPDATE DATA, also called ADD-ON, just like there is for other games (dead or alive 5 has update data like this, called catalog data). there is no way to get this without login into your psn account and downloading it from the store, because it needs a license. any other way to get it, if you don't own the license yourself and it's tied to your account, is considered PIRACY

its says FREE dlc if you click on that link. you will also need the updates above because to play online you must have newest update. problem solved...

Can't download it from the console it shows nothing and the connection is weak to download it from the console

that link to the store also says for asia only so its the wrong one for NPUB game.

maybe you can take the ps3 to somewhere with decent internet.
