PS3 Networking Error 80010201

Hello. I have a CECHE01 and get error 80010201 in XMB when starting the console. Ethernet and WiFi do not work at all. Bluetooth works. Replacing the networking board but it did not fix the issue. I should note my fat console (CECHH01) did not have this issue.

This video theorizes that the issue is from the WiFi module crashing because of certain networks. I have no way to confirm if this is the cause.

Is there any real solution to this issue? Can I simply replace the networking with one from a B model? Or could I just desolder the WiFi module from a networking board of a model with WiFi?

The spare network board you have is probably faulty. Try to check it with another CECHA/CECHE console first. If that works, then there is something wrong on the motherboard, check voltage first going from MB to the network board connector (can refer to CECHA service manual)

i remember my 60g ps2 compatible did not want to have the ethernet 1gbit/s work only the 100mbit/s work lol i don't now if it is software or hardware
