You can just hit "O" on the PS3 controller when the login appears to bypass it

as for the Region checker, right now you need a proxy if you live outside the USA, it works with one I was hoping I wouldn't have to use one all the time though

living in Canada I have my ultraviolet movies on flixster which I can link to Vudu. No other app is available to play ultra violet content except maybe CinemaNow however that was removed. If anyone has that pkg PLEASE edit that and post it

Region check on VUDU is before account login to vudu not PSN

I find Plex client on other site that makes mirror and test it very well
- Do not ask PSN or Pay pass Totaly free, just create free account on Plex site ;)
- Full support x265 HD streaming <3

About Netflix:
I try differents versions for Netflix but none of all start without PSN acces. Does some one could give me a link for Netflix No PSN package ?

Have you tried the 2.23 pkg (spoofed to 2.25) from post #132? The Dropbox link is fine.

You could also modify the pkg yourself. The required info is in this thread. .

Hi, since today the Netflix app doesn't work, it just kicks me out to XMB. Someone is having the same issue? I'm no good with editing files and stuff, i've re-downloaded and re-installed the pkg of #137 too and it happens the same thing.
Thanks a lot for any info and/or fix on this !

I just now started up Netflix on my system and all seems fine watching a movie right now, what CFW are you on?

I'm having a similar issue.

Bought a PS3 and found out it was on 2.50 OFW so updated it straight to the new Rebug 4.78.1 and got multiman working just fine.

However trying to run Netflix just causes it to go back to the home screen with a message in the top right saying "Game Quit : No Request Event".

I don't have the ability to QA toggle for some reason but I was able to change my NP environment to invalid.

have you installed the pkg from post 137, you should be able to QA flag from REBUG Toolbox, with No PSN apps there is no reason to set NP environment to invalid

I installed that PKG and the above quote is what happened.

I also tried the latest Plex noPSN package and that was asking for a disc of a certain id to be put in.

The REBUG toolbox is not showing me an option for changing the QA Flag, it just says Not Available.

I did upgrade from 2.50OFW to 4.78.1CFW without installing 3.55, Could that be a factor at all?

If Netflix do not run something is wrong with your setup!
Netflix 2.23 spoofed to 2.25 (from post #137) works for me in CEX & DEX!

Game Quit : No Request Event is a vsh message you get when exiting any game/brew on Rebug! It's normal. (the only way to remove this message is by patching vsh.self manually with an hex editor.

Why are you mentioning QA & np? I can't see the link with the Netflix issue here.
Netflix is noPSN so np is not important here. .
QA flag is totally unrelated. Of ciurse you can enable QA with Toolboc easily but that's only for downgrading related purposes.

Stay in CEX for now. (if you changed np you must have used DEX features).
Have you modified any other Debug menu features (like BluRay Disc access or boot mode....)?

Can you enable Cobra & webMAN-MOD in the Toolbox v 02.0209 ?
MultiMAN will become mCM try mounting a iso game with webMAN-MOD & mCM then run it.
Does it work?

The issue here is that I'm not exiting the game, it seems to exit itself.

I'm mentioning them because people mentioned them earlier and so thought it was valuable information. I CAN'T enable QA with Toolbox hence why I mentioned it.

Enabling webMAN-MOD went fine but I didn't see a difference?
I don't see the word Cobra at all either.

I would also like to add that I haven't got a PSN account logged in at all. This PS3 is connected to the WIFI but other than that nothing else.

that's what that message means. it's designed so that devs know that their game crashes. ur forced out of the game without exiting it urself which is what triggers it.

edit: some apps cause a false positive though. if ur forced out of a game without exiting, that message should appear, because the system thinks the game crashed. ignore it in that case.

I understood that Netflix exits itself but it doesn't matter you will still get the message, it's normal.

We will get to QA later, for now it's not the culprit. There are other ways to dehash the console.

If you changed np you enabled Debug settings, have you changed anything else in that menu?

Install webman was not meant to make a difference, I just need you to test if you can mount games & play them but you must enable Cobra first to get webman to work.

What Toolbox version are you using? 02.02.09?
The Cobra toggle is just above the webman toggle at the bottom of the 2nd column from the left. It's impossible to miss.
You could also enable Cobrs manually using multiMAN. I will tell you how later if you need it.
Above Cobrs toggle there is XMB CFW Settings toggle, you should enable it.

In fact when you toggle webman, you should get a message asking you to enable Cobra!

Also I suggest a Rebug CFW reinstall, with REX if you are ion DEX or with D-REX if you are on DEX.

Do NOT connect to PSN for the moment!

I have already been able to mount games and play them with Multiman alone fine

There is a toggle above the webman toggle but it just has an option that says "Debug Menu Type" with two options of "CEX QA" and "DEX"
The one that is already selected is CEX QA

When I toggle webman, the only thing that comes up is telling me it's restarting the console

Just use the same CFW I installed at the start?

I might also mention that that "error" is associated with dex which is y u encounter it on both cex and dex. rex comprises a marriage of both cex and dex files. on a side note, it might be from the xmb_plugin.sprx to which the dex version is also within rex entitled sprx.dex. ...just a thought. I found the wording within an rco a while back, so u can tell which file it's associated with. I don't recall exactly though.
 
btw, I can tell u that rebug used the dex version earlier. u can tell, because the dex version contains the ip of ur system on the xmb. they must've used that one by itself which does work on cex, but now they use both. I'm not saying that's the file that contains that error, because, as I said, I can't recall which file is responsible despite finding the text. I even have a mod that says "happy gaming :-)" over that.
