PS3HEN Oblivion Horse Armor missing textures and dialogue

I was able to add the horse armor dlc by putting the BSA and ESP files in the INSTALLEDDLC folder however there's no dialogue or actual textures for the armor. When I go do quest and get the horse the horse has no armor. I also noticed there's a folder on PC where I got the dlc there's a seperate folder for dlc which has separate folders with all the dialogue, textures, and meshes. Is there a way to package all of that into the esp file?

you should buy the dlc if it's still on the store. I tried to buy all the dlc for tales of graces f, xillia, and xillia 2, being a big tales of fan, but it's been taken down. I could access a makeshift store on xillia and xillia 2 with about half the dlc, from the title screen, which works, but going to the store to download it is a no go. at least graces f is coming to ps4/5, and it will have all dlc, next month. I'm glad for that, and I plan to buy it. I never did post game stuff in that game, but I did beat it.

Not sure you know but Oblivion ps3 you can't buy these dlcs. The only dlcs available on ps3 are shivering Isle and knights of the nine. The other minor dlcs are only available on Xbox and PC.

Update: fixed the problem I found out I didn't package the BSA files correctly now the textures are fine and working fine like a regular dlc.
