If the clock stops working in ps3 it gives renew license error for han games.To fix it need to connect to Internet and immediately go to date and time and set via internet.

Hey, I'm kinda an idiot with these things, but just to confirm.. I noticed at the beginning of the guide there was no check to see if your ps3 is compatible with this exploit, I'm assuming all 3000 models work with this guide?

I'm current on OFW 4.81 with a 3001 Model ps3

Yeah, I'm on a similar stuation too. I have a 3000 something slim, and I did log in to PSN and activated the console, per that Ps3ProxyServer thing. I followed the guide word per word otherwise though. But the Han intaller keeps failing on the Initialization part. I've closed the browser, deleted history and cache, and even restarted the console but to no avail. What could the problem be?
 
i need help for converting motorstorm pacific rift to pkg for PS3 HAN method, i want to convert this game with BCES00129 title id,i have seen this note in below page.
could anybody explain me what should i do exactly? (step by step)

Note: The game with the patch and the changed PARAM.SFO should be thrown to another folder, for example BCES00129GAME, as well as the patch separately unchanged in the native folder (BCES00129).

So i download game that compatible with cfw2ofw, pes2018 and NFS hot pursuit
converted with cfw2ofw then make-backup-pkg and resign, always have 80029530 error, i dont know why

Same as post #982.
Your issue is piracy related as you are using downloaded retail disc images, probably modded which would explain why the conversion fails to work!
You will get no further help with your problem.

So that means you will not receive any help, as you are breaking site rules and we do not help people whom steal games. /(edit see bguerville beat me to do it ^)
 
Wow, nearly at 1000 replies, I never thought I'd create such a helpful thread.

There's alot to edit and update here. I'll admit I've put it off a little bit as there's a few errors and I've been meaning to spread the guide out across a few posts (hope that fixes the errors).

I may get around to it this weekend :encouragement:
 
so here is my question but first,
thanks for this tutorial it was great and everything works. my first game that i installed was gta san andreas it worked fine.
now i want to install naruto storm 1 (its not listed in the comb. list) but cfw2ofw says it can't be done can you help me with this???
