PS3 HAN [OBSOLETE] [Tutorial] The Great PS3Xploit 3.0 HAN All In One Guide

Hey I got stuck on the psx tutorial bc i kept using the gameid for the PAL version of gta II and not NTSC. I just kinda went with what you put there. Maybe it's worth mentioning?

Hey guys, I want to install Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition (BLES01765) but it's exclusive Method, says (Fix "creating save data" loop: Convert game using ps3gameconvert) can someone help me? i don't understand Fix "creating save data", what should i do?
 
I wonder if any good Samaritan will complete the guide or update it, and if the new features of Han Toolbox can increase and simplify the sections ...
 
help guys, i just try to update han tool 0.61 and i lost han tool icon of xmb, just have package manager, thx in advance

Do not worry!
Just go to your Game Data Utility.
Delete HAN TOOLBOX DATA.
Download HAN TOOLBOX latest version from below.
http://www.psx-place.com/resources/han-toolbox.628/
Put the pkg file in root of your FAT32 formatted USB/HDD drive.
Inject the USB/HDD drive in your console.
Go to ** http://www.**ps3xploit.com >Doma...o Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)/
Enable HAN.
Go to Package Manager and install HAN TOOLBOX pkg.
Restart your system.
After restart you will find HAN TOOLBOX latest version working on your console.

Thank you very much, it works perfect, but have problem with pkg linker, cant find with pc, i try everything and still got that error, even in ps3 browser cant see the pkgs, what should i do?

You must go to the help section of pkg linker.It will show the solution of some most common issues.

Umm..Can I ask a question? Im new here so I dont know if this'll work.....

Can I install Han on my 4.83 in my superlife slim ps3? I Only want to install games .. it matter if its online or not

No. You cannot use HAN on 4.83 for the moment.
The only hack available to you is the injection of converted retail discs games into official ps3 backups to be restored.
You should refer to the "modded ps3xport tool" release thread by lmn7.
 
What about resigned PSN titles with updates?
Do I just have to manually download them and install via flash drive w/o the need to resign them?
Because as far as I'm concerned, installing patches corrupts the PSN title causing it to give an error after a black screen glitch.
But maybe because I signed the patch, I'll try not signing later.
Note: I did not download the wrong update, I'm using the right update for the right game, it fixes the glitches and stuff.

Edit: I tried not signing the update, and it worked!
So for OFW HAN Users at 4.82, DO NOT sign Patch/Updates FOR signed PSN titles (NPUB/NPEB-xxxx)
Just get the official updates if they have one, transfer from PC to USB, and install it as is from your flash drive to PS3, no HAN enabling needed.

If you feel difficult to sign rap files,Then you must use PS3XPORT TOOL by @Imn7
 
Hello! I followed this guide months ago and stopped to do anything because I did not know how to install games...
Anyway, since I followed the guide until the PART 3 - HAN Toolbox(that i have completed) what i have to do now? The problem is that i do not have anymore the ACT.DAT and IPS.HEX files (lost somewhere) How can i recover these two?
