PS2 [Open PS2 Loader] Game Bug Reports

OPL r1392, I can't get DOA2 Dead Or Alive 2 to load fights! Hangs on 'Initializing' forever

I read Mode 3, and to MDMA slowest but nothing the game does not budge

SLUS 20071, SATA HDD, source from Redump

Minna no Golf 3 randomly freezes after viewing the scorecard and going to next hole. I am playing on the latest revision through SATA HDD (Gamestar adapter), but this has been happening throughout the past year of revisions. I think it may have to do with pressing the continue button too quickly as it can happen in seemingly any hole. I have tried Mode 3 + 6 to no avail, as well as Mode 1.

Can you give more info about this game?
Latest version is not telling me anything.
Eg:
Code:
Title = Minna no Golf 3 \ Everybody's Golf 3
ID = SCPS_150.16, SCPS_720.02?
Media = DVD
OPL version = 0.9.3, 1436, 1440...
Device = SATA HDD (Gamestar Network Adaptor)
Mode(s) = 3+6, 1+3+6...
VMC = Tried\not tried.
IGR = Tried\not tried.
Compatible = See notes.
MD5 Checksum = a486db479a4d82009ea6d7fa1e28d88d
Notes = Randomly freezes after viewing the scorecard and going to next hole.

I have a Problem found on Ridge Racer V. Its not Saving to VMC. Ingame it says "Can not Access to Memory Card". I use the 1436 build and created in OPL a New VMC in M0. The same Problem if i Make a New VMC in M1.

Have You tried this game through HDD, SMB or USB with VMC?
Did you tried any additional compatibility mode (6+3, 6+2)?

M0\M1 means memory card in slot 1\2 (mc0\mc1)?

I have tried Ridge Racer V trough USB. (PAL Version)
Tried only compatiblity mode 1. No Luck.
Hardware Memory Card with FreeMcBoot is still in Slot 1.
I tried VMC0 and VMC1.

Ice Age 2 is known as working game on OPL. Please check that MD5 of your ISO is b65623fc3b8b59c809ca53bcd56dfeef . Also keep in mind that enabling ALL compatibility modes at once can only do more mess.. Check with modes one by one, not all at once.

Edit: And please describe closer color you getting at launch:

I have one game to report, and i hope this get fixed. Please!
Title = Van Helsing
ID = SLUS_207.38
Media = DVD-ROM
OPL = 2.2.0
Device = USB
Mode = All modes enabled.
VMC =
Compatible = No.
Notes = With all options on, it's stuck on a White screen. With all options disabled, it shows a Also White screen.

Title = Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy
ID = SCUS_971.24
Media = DVD5
OPL = 0.9.3
Device = USB
Mode = 1, 3, 6
VMC = YES

Is this game ever going to get its save bug fixed? game freezes whenever I try to save, tried different versions of OPL and different mods but no luck so far.

You were right. On the contrary what I replied you, Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy does not save even with unhooked syscalls and disabled IGR. My OPL version is 1436.

I am sorry, I have ditched a FAT32 partition on my external HDD, so no more USB testing. My guess is that the OPL core interferes with some memory card modules. The ESR has got the same symptoms as far as I remember.

Hello, there is a bug on the xenosaga game on the last opl update, when you begin a new game, it only display a map and a black screen, and only you can enter the menu options, but nothing else works, opl and opl ifcaro 2019 versions or less are inaffected by this, it only happen on the newest version (june), i try the toxic patched and 1:1 version of the iso.

Could you add more info?
E.g:
Code:
Title = Xenosaga Episode II, Xenosaga Episode III...?
ID = SCES_820.34, SLUS_208.92...?
Media =  DVD
OPL version = 1502, 1436...?
Device = USB\ETH\HDD?
Mode(s) = 6, 6+3...?
VMC = Tried\Not tried?
IGR = Work\Don't work
Compatible = See notes
MD5 Checksum = c447be23faf8cb36b52425377c7e2467...
Notes = With version from June (which one?) when you begin a new game,
it only display a map and a black screen,
and only you can enter the menu options, but nothing else works.
Works with OPL 1436...1200?
