Any chance the "Emulate FIELD Flipping" option for GSM could be added? Need it to make progressive scan work in some games.

There is probably an error in Open PS2 Loader v0.9.3 version 1436 and OPL Manager 21.6.
By adding a .CFG file in OPL Manager supplementing it with a name, description, etc., the file is created on USB in the CFG folder with the correct name. In the OPL Simulator also all data are displayed correctly, while on PS2 it imports the .CFG file with the OPL settings but does not load the .CFG file given when. ART works, but the name, description, etc. does not work, but this data does not appear after copying.
Can you fix it?

Can you post your CFG file here?
E.g (SCES_502.94.cfg):
Code:
CfgVersion=7
Title=Gran Turismo 3 - A-spec
Description=Gra wyścigowa\rajdowa, trzecia odsłona.
Genre=Racing
Developer=Polyphony Digital Inc.
Release=07-09-2001
Publisher=Sony
Players=players/2
Parental=PEGI 5
ParentalText=E
Vmode=vmode/pal
VmodeText=PAL

Sample .CFG

Code:
CfgVersion=8
$ConfigSource=1
Title=Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories
Release=06.03.2007
Genre=Action
Developer=Rockstar Games
Players=players/1
PlayersText=1
Description=GTA: Vice City Stories –
Parental=pegi/18
ParentalText=18

Beware that the title/description can only be seen in the info page inside OPL, and said page needs to be enabled first in the OPL configuration

I'm not sure if OPL manger currently supports CFG-DEV folder?
Stable versions should use "CFG" folder, while beta builds "CFG-DEV", at least from Ifcaro repo.

I have checked recent version 1436 from Ifcaro repository and everything should be fine with
descriptions, genre, title etc. when file with configuration (SCES_502.94.cfg) is in CFG-DEV folder.

In fact CFG-DEV was a problem. The files were in CFG.
I see that even in OPLM there is an option to switch to CFG-DEV.

Beware that the title/description can only be seen in the info page inside OPL, and said page needs to be enabled first in the OPL configuration

I've remembered that recently there was some changes with that option (info page).
Currently info page can be "triggered" when you press :but square: in the games list (USB\ETH\HDD).
There is no need to enable it in options.
For OPL 0.9.3 or lower this options is in "Display Settings" (Display info page).

Is it possible in OPLM to also translate descriptions in the CFG Editor? It's about the texts in the drop-down lists, because despite the change of language I stay in English.

Yes, the Info-Page-"trigger" has been changed from manual&via turning a function + theme had to support it, to another trigger (no option to turn it on/off, but using another button [SQUARE] to enter it)! This allows the Info-Page to be technically used on every theme!
