PS2 OPL slow with 600 games arts

Hi guys,

I am running OPL with an internal 2tb HDD on my fat ps2. I installed the games via the HDL batch installer, using the most recent one that can download the art for each game.

In the HDD i have more than 600 games installe. The problem is that OPL take long time to load each time, there is a way to speed up? It seems that to load so much art it slow down the program, while turning off the art, is super fast.

Maybe I have to update OPL, I think I am running like a 2023 version, there is a more recent one?

Thanks, I already solved. It seems that turning on the setting "precache gamelist" now it loads very fast
