PS3 PARAM.SFO is required error

I tried to convert IIDX 12 Ps2 game to PS3 but I got an error on PS2 Classics

Parse error: "PS2PKG/PARAM.SFO"

>> !ERROR!: PARAM.SFO is required.

Illegal Package: PARAM.SFO and ICON0.PNG are required.

Illegal Package: Should contain at least one of NPDRM file.

So I don't know much about PARAM.SFO.

Is anyone help me?
After installing the game on PS3, the game got corrupted.

are you using p s2classics gui?

and you are using HAN? not HEN? just to be clear.
