So I finally managed to get pc side of things working. I set up the ip of my ps3 and tried it out...and got error 8071053D. The unknown error. I guess this is where my journey ends unless anyone has some suggestions.

Is that using direct cable and the above settings? not wifi? If you are using cable direct then I have no idea, read the whole thread and try everything suggested.

Make sure windows firewall is not blocking you, try disable it as a test. If that does not help, try change port (see troubleshooting tab in first post) It is a problem with your network configuration.

Alright so I tinkered around a bit. Did everything as suggested. Found out my previous error was because my ethernet settings did not save properly. Even after all that I get an error code I don't think anyone has mentioned. (Though I could be wrong in which case...please don't kill me.) Error code 80710533...anyone got any ideas.

Try to turn off your windows firewall completly and try it again. Also disable your anti-virus firewall if you have any.

If a solution has not already been mentioned in the thread I cant help you. Search on google about how to setup webserver.

Man, got it to Work!!!! I totaly disabled Windows Firewall and redone everything with caution, working fine, installing 9GB game, when finished i will report result!

Game runs fine!

Developers are the best!

You wont be able to use this. If you can get a webserver working that will let you download files with the PS3 browser then maybe its possible. Once you have that working then have a look at this thread: http://www.psx-place.com/threads/easy-way-to-install-packages-over-4gb-via-webserver-on-pc.16605/ Click the spoiler in the first post, no point even looking there until you have a webserver working properly on your android device.
